Reimbursement form

We offer reimbursement of low budget travel cost, per diem and accomodation based on original receipt. The per diem is an exception from the requirement.

 

The contract with the access provider will state the maximum allowance for the visit at that site. In general, all infrastructures offer a low cost fare, about 50 Euro per diem and 50 (75) Euro for accomodation per user day granted. Some of the infrastructures have overnight accomodation, which we recommend to use.
